TBILISI. - The most important for me was simplification, deepening and strengthening relations between Armenia and Georgia in 2011, Georgian political scientist Soso Tsintsadze told Armenian News-NEWs.am correspondent adding that heads of both states inspire optimism.

In response to the report why the Georgian parliament adopted a conception on national security and called the relations with Azerbaijan strategic, while with Armenia it has close and partnership relations, the expert said. According to him, it may have connected with the strategic partnership between Armenia and Russia. Armenia cannot be a strategic partner of Georgia and Russia simultaneously.

Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier that Georgian parliament has passed a new concept on national security on Friday.
