TBILISI. – Strengthening relations with neighboring states, including Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey in the passing year, are important for Georgia, Georgian President’s Press Secretary Manana Manjgaladze said on Tuesday estimating Georgia’s achievements on domestic and foreign policy for this year.

“Georgia-UN and Georgia-EU relations shifted to a new regime this year as well,” Manjgaladze said.

According to her, the simplification of visa regime with the EU and launching negotiations on agreement on deep and comprehensive free trade were also important, Georgia News reports.
