YEREVAN. – Travel document of International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), which is the electronic passport, will serve for crossing the border with Armenia. Armenian Police submitted the bill to the Government’s Thursday session.

Those people who have the document will be free from having entry visa. Over 19 member states of the organization have already officially accepted the document and allow crossing the border without hamper. Travel document of two types, electronic passport and ID, is granted by the Secretary General of the organization. The decision refers only to passports.
