MOSCOW. – Rafik Margaryan, the owner of a bakery in Moscow is detained for 48 hours.

To note, because his employees’ carelessness, the natural gas tanks at Margaryan’s bakery exploded on February 19. As a result, two died and eleven were injured; nine were Armenian and two were Tajik. 

The bakery’s owner confessed to the Internal Affairs Ministry that he had employed illegal immigrants from CIS. 

“The employees were not registered and filed; I simply did not have the time to do that,” Rafik Margaryan said, LifeNews reports.
