YEREVAN. – A total of AMD 977,552,500 (approx. US$ 2,501,000) will be spent from Armenia’s 2012 State Budget to conduct the country’s parliamentary elections in May, Zhamanak daily writes.

“This was informed to Zhamanak by the Central Election Commission [CEC] Chief of Staff, Levon Grigoryan. The State Budget allocation is made to the CEC,” Zhamanak writes.
