YEREVAN. – Armenia’s fifth National Assembly (NA) MPs already have moved into their work offices and accommodated with the “area,” Yerkir daily writes.

“It is apparent that the NA allocates [service] vehicles to [parliamentary] faction heads and [standing] committee chairpersons, and especially the drivers of these vehicles commit numerous traffic violations.

An MP told our reporter that the state institutions—[and] the NA in the first place—are first in terms of the fines collected as a result of the [traffic] violations recorded by the speed detectors and video cameras installed on the roads.

[And] Naturally, the whole fine is paid from the NA budget,” Yerkir writes.
