YEREVAN.- Freedom House issued its new report titled “Worst of the Worst 2012: The World’s Most Repressive Societies”, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.

Worst of the Worst highlights those countries that earned the lowest possible scores or fell just short of the bottom scores (On the Threshold) in Freedom in the World 2012, Freedom House’s annual global assessment of political rights and civil liberties.  

“Freedom in the World 2012 says Armenia is ‘partly free’. Armenia’s political rights score is six and civil liberties – 4.  Nagorno-Karabakh is listed among the disputed territories and is characterized as ‘not free’. Azerbaijan is also ‘not free’, while Georgia – ‘partly free’,” the article reads.
