YEREVAN. – While the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party members continue to publicly state that they are not holding talks with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on constitutional reforms, separate ARF figures are conducting secret meetings at the Office of the President, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun daily reported.    

“Giro Manoyan, a representative of the ARF elite, entered the Office of the President late evening yesterday [, Wednesday]. [But] it is hard to tell with whom he met and what scope of matters was discussed,” Chorrord Ishkhanutyun wrote.
