YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily has learned that non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan traveled to Moscow and stayed at the same hotel where second President Robert Kocharyan always stays when he is in the Russian capital city, the daily reported.

“[And] according to our information, Tsarukyan, who had gone to Moscow, paid a visit to Kocharyan the previous day.

“In Moscow, he [, Tsarukyan,] shall have meetings with chairman Sergey Naryshkin of the State Duma [of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation] as well as some Russian elite circles.

“The meeting with Naryshkin is also of inter-party nature because [Russia’s ruling] Yedinaya Rossiya [i.e., United Russia Party] and the PAP have a partnership agreement, and the meeting was planned long ago,” Hraparak wrote.
