YEREVAN. – Haykakan Zhamanak daily has printed a photograph where numerous Armenian citizenship passports are scattered on the ground.

“Dozens of archive passports are filled on the floor of a room of the former building of the Police Central Division [in capital city Yerevan]. The window of the room is broken, the passports are open, and it is possible to read—even to the naked eye—the personal data of the citizens, (…) and everything [else] that is noted in the passport.

“(…) P.S.: We cannot rule out that these are the fake passports which, as it is said in Armenia, are used to rig elections, create non-existent voters,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
