YEREVAN. – It is impossible to book any room between April 23 and 26 in most of the hotels in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan because all the rooms are already booked, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reported.

“This is confirmed by the telephone survey our reporter conducted yesterday[, Monday].

“There is every reason to assert that there will be an unprecedented number of visitors in Yerevan on [the] April 24 [Armenian Genocide anniversary] of this year.

“Some experts even worry that the Yerevan hotel infrastructure may not meet the current demand, especially since a new wave of potential guests is expected after [famous American Armenian TV personality] Kim Kardashian’s [recent] visit [to Armenia] and the [Armenian Genocide Centennial commemoration] mass celebrated at the Vatican,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
