YEREVAN. – Former leader of Prosperous Armenia party, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan promised Serzh Sargsyan he would do his best to support successful holding of a referendum on constitutional reforms in Kotayk region, Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper writes quoting its sources.

It is in exchange for his support, that Tsarukyan’s son-in-law has been appointed governor of Kotayk, the daily writes.
