YEREVAN. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army (NKR DA) Commander and Defense Minister, Movses Hakobyan, announced among his close circles that the authorities of the Republic of Armenia (RA) have promised him a “position” in Armenia, reported Zhoghovurd daily.

“Zhoghovurd has learned that he said he recently met, on a regular basis, with representatives of the RA establishment and discussed this matter. But Hakobyan did not say what specific position this is about. 

“The NKR DA minister hides this information from journalists, too, and avoids specific answers when they try to find out from him whether or not, ultimately, he is ‘moving’ to Armenia.

‘“What? Don’t I have the right to work in Armenia?’ He responds like this, in the best case,” wrote Zhoghovurd.
