YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (RF) has drafted a bill, pursuant to which the import of certain medical products from other countries to the RF will be banned, reported Haykakan Zhamanak daily.

“For example, condoms, bandages, women’s tampon, etc. are included in the list of dozens of [such] products.

“But, according to this bill, the abovementioned products that are manufactured in the RA [i.e. the Republic of Armenia], Belarus and Kazakhstan can be freely exported to the RF.

“Sadly, no product on that list is manufactured in the RA,” wrote Haykakan Zhamanak.
