YEREVAN. – The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, as always, treat the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides equally, and address their latest statement—in connection with Thursday’s Azerbaijani shelling of the settlements in the Tavush Province of Armenia and the ensuing killing of civilians—to both of them, reported 168 Zham daily.

“Who should have properly informed the Minsk Group, and the relevant agencies of the countries [i.e. US, Russia, and France] representing it, about this next yet unprecedented Azerbaijani [military] diversion?

“First and foremost, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia (…). [But] the problem (…) is at the (…) origins of Armenia’s foreign policy, or, more precisely, its Russification.

“It is apparent that Azerbaijan would not have dared to resort to such a military debauchery without Russian party’s consent, knowing very well that Armenia, in turn, has no audacity to reprove Russia in any way for it,” wrote 168 Zham.
