YEREVAN. – It became apparent on Friday that Deloitte & Touche CIS consulting firm will also conduct the audit at the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC, and this already raises suspicions about the objectivity of the audit to be conducted, reported Zhamanak daily.

“Incidentally, this auditing firm opened an office in the RA [i.e. the Republic of Armenia] just one week before winning the [respective] contest,” wrote Zhamanak.
