YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily has learned that the new proprietor of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC, Tashir Group, which belongs to Moscow-based Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan, wants to make structural changes in the ENA, reported the daily.

“Especially, [it wants to] eliminate the autonomy of the [ENA] branches.

“The inspections show that the largest embezzlements—additional payments, etc.—are carried out by the very directors of the [ENA] branches.  

“To remind, ENA has eleven branches,” wrote Hraparak.
