YEREVAN. – An official, who knows about the budget spending of one community in Armenia, told Hraparak daily that they are unable to recover in any way after the 6th Pan-Armenian Games that were held in the summer, reported the daily.   

‘“We held the games related to three sports, we made all the expenses—caring for, feeding the athletes, organizing the games. [But] as a result, wage arrears emerged, [and] which we are unable to pay off until now.

‘“I don’t understand on what they spent the money allocated from the state budget, given by the benefactors that they still made us make that much expense.

‘“And, in general, what did these games give to our state, our budget, our people?[,’ the official said,]” wrote Hraparak.
