YEREVAN. – Chairman of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia, economist Gagik Makaryan, told Zhoghovurd daily that not solely IT specialists, but physicians are leaving the Republic of Armenia (RA) in recent times, the daily reported.

“According to him, the doctors are leaving primarily for Germany because they are being offered more favorable conditions there.

“[But] at the same time, as per Makaryan, some RA citizens, who go to the RF [i.e. the Russian Federation] as migrant workers for years, [either] stayed in Armenia this year, or went and came back,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
