YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily has learned that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR, or Artsakh), Karen Mirzoyan, was at the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia (RA), the previous day, on an “invisible visit,” the daily reported.

“According to our information, the visit was about Robert Walter’s [(United Kingdom, EC)] disgraceful report [entitled ‘Escalation of Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan’] at PACE [i.e. the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe].

“Although the Armenian party had a ‘backup’ version on it, which[, however,] did not work because the NK and the RA parties did not seem to work synchronously, and the letter, which was to be addressed to Walter belatedly whereupon he would not be able prepare a report, was sent early from Karabakh,” Hraparak wrote.
