YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily has learned that MP and former Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian, is going to give a press conference at the intermission on the first day of the next four-day session at the National Assembly, according to the daily.

“At the [press] conference, Vartan Oskanian will already announce what he has called his [new political] party. According to our sources, they have not yet decided the name; they want it to definitely be one word so that the good sonority is maintained. Also, they will announce the actual core—the names—of the [new political] team. One month later, the ‘newborn’ [political party] will hold a congress, and then resolve the matter of [party] registration.

“Incidentally, Vartan Oskanian is preparing for open activities and, as he assures, he will not evade any public matter. [But] future will show whether his [political] team members likewise will be as such,” Hraparak wrote.
