YEREVAN. - A prisoner died at Nubarashen penitentiary in Yerevan on Monday.

“Gagik Safaryan, 53 died at the penitentiary. The prisoner felt bad, however the ambulance was late. When the emergency service arrived at the scene, he was already dead. Ambulance almost does not respond to calls,” an employee of the penitentiary stated in a conversation with Chorrord Ishkhanutyun newspaper.
