YEREVAN. – No snap elections will be held in Armenia, Chairman of the Public Council of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan said on Tuesday, Hayots Ashkharhnewspaper reports.
“There are no political prerequisites for snap elections in Armenia. Early elections may be held if two major forces, particularly the government and opposition stood on a par with each other. It is absolutely unclear why early elections should be held,” Manukyan said.
