YEREVAN. - PACE Monitoring Co-Rapporteurs on Armenia intended to publish a report on Armenia in September 2011. However, it became clear the co-rapporteurs will present the report in October, office of co-rapporteur on Armenia Axel Fischer told Chorrord Ishkhanutyun newspaper.

“These changes may be related to the dialogue between Armenia’s authorities and opposition. As it is known, the opposition gave the authorities time to decide on snap elections till September. It is not ruled out the co-rapporteurs will wait and draw up the report based on the developments in the dialogue,” the newspaper reads.
