YEREVAN. – Trial of [American-Armenian- businessman] Serop Der-Boghossian, who is charged with child molestation, was held at the court of Armenia’s Vanadzor city, 168 Zham daily writes.  “Even though Der-Boghossian was expected to be questioned, instead another witness, who was ‘not questioned’ during the previous court session, was questioned. Next session will be on November 7.    

According to our information, Der-Boghossian’s relatives are carrying out huge efforts to ‘work on’ and bribe the witnesses. It is noted that Der-Boghossian’s relatives gave $25,000 US to mothers of the victims so they would not provide incriminating testimony against him,” 168 Zham writes.
