YEREVAN. – Armenian National Assembly (NA) MP, and Football Federation of Armenia President, Ruben Hayrapetyan could change his mind by Thursday and yet again run for a parliamentary seat in the approaching NA elections, Zhoghovurd daily writes.

‘“I have convinced my friend Ruben Hayrapetyan to nominate his candidacy. Otherwise, I would have been alone in the National Assembly. I want him to come, too,’ NA [businessman] MP Samvel Aleksanyan said in an interview with Zhoghovurd. Earlier, Ruben Hayrapetyan had stated that only Samvel Aleksanyan could have convinced him in this country whether to run [in the elections],” Zhoghovurd writes.
