YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Agriculture Minister, and the ruling coalition’s Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party (RLP) member, Sergo Karapetyan liked the Party’s seven-star badge very much, and he finally pinned it on his jacket, Yerkir daily writes.   

“Attending the agricultural conference yesterday [Tuesday], the Minister, showing his chest, was waiting for his party leader.

[But] When [RLP Chairman and National Security Council Secretary] Arthur Baghdasaryan appeared, Yerkir’s reporter noticed that, unlike Sergo Karapetyan, RLP’s new-style badge was missing from the Party leader’s suit.        

Incidentally, for some reason Sergo Karapetyan was refusing to wear his party’s old badge, in the case when Arthur Baghdasaryan had never given up the RLP badge,” Yerkir writes.
