Zhoghovurd: Armenian parliament chairman saves money at MP assistants’ expense
May 24, 2012YEREVAN. – Those Armenian National Assembly (NA) MP assistants who are officially registered and receive salaries from the state budget will be relieved of their duties as of Thursday, Zhoghovurd daily writes.
“According to our information, the options for economizing on the state budget were discussed with [NA Speaker] Samvel Nikoyan.
It was proposed to hire the new MPs’ assistants as of September, especially since everyone is on vacation in summer. This will allow saving money for at least three months,” Zhoghovurd writes.
