YEREVAN.- Secretary of Prosperous Armenia parliamentary group Naira Zohrabyan believes creation of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) bloc “was public demand.” Majority of Armenians considered ANC as a force capable of realizing public interest, Aravot daily writes.
“I did not agree with all the moves ANC takes. It is natural but I must admit nowadays ANC, unlike other forces considering themselves the opposition, is one of the key players in internal policy field,” she said.
“Abandoning radical assessments, ANC entered the right political framework. I do not think it made ANC weaker.”
