YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan and Prosperous Armenia Party Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan met on September 28, Irates De Facto newspaper reports, referring to trustworthy sources.            

“Tsarukyan told Serzh Sargsyan: ‘Give [me] one week, Dear President. Let me see how I will make a statement on supporting you [in the forthcoming presidential elections].’ It is understandable that Tsarukyan wants to buy time so that, after Georgia’s [parliamentary] elections, his ‘bosses’ may tell him whether he is ‘sleepy,’ or ‘hungry.’ 

At any rate, the views divide. Those who know Tsarukyan well say he will support [Sargsyan], [whereas] those who know Tsarukyan’s ‘boss’ well say he will not support,” Irates De Facto writes.
