YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan will meet with Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan this September ahead of his trip to Moscow, a reliable source told Zhoghovurd newspaper.

“According to our sources, there has been an arrangement that head of Artsakh diocese, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan will participate in the meeting.

Spokesperson for Karabakh President Davit Babayants categorically refused to comment on reports,” Zhoghovurd writes.
