YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily was informed that the Government of Armenia plans to relocate the Ministries of Culture and of Sport and Youth Affairs to Shirak Region, the daily reports.   

“According to the program, the ‘residence’ of these two departments will be the City of Gyumri.

“According to our information, when Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was in Gyumri, he toured the city and tried to find a suitable building, first and foremost, for the Ministry of Culture. But the quest has not yet achieved a result. 

“Zhoghovurd attempted to find out from the PM’s spokesperson Harutyun Berberyan as to when the ministries are planned to be relocated. [But] as per Berberyan, the [respective] dates are yet unknown,” Zhoghovurd writes.
