YEREVAN. – Upon his return to Armenia, National Assembly (NA) Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, who was in South Korean capital city Seoul together with President Serzh Sargsyan, will travel again, Zhoghovurd daily reports.    

“The NA speaker, together with Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, is preparing to leave for the United Arab Emirates [UAE].

“According to well-informed sources, they will leave [for the UAE] at the invitation of an Arab sheikh. Since an Armenian church was built with funding from that sheikh, the NA chairman and the Catholicos considered it their duty not to turn down the invitation,” Zhoghovurd writes.
