YEREVAN. – An interesting discussion took place during Thursday’s Armenian Cabinet meeting, Irates De Facto newspaper reports.

“Government Chief of Staff-Minister Vache Gabrielyan, presenting the matter on last year’s instructions, noted that the executive [branch of power] did not carry out solely two of the 95 points; it failed ‘in the fight against money laundering, and the energy ministry introduced a bill nine days late.’

“To the most important of these the PM asked: ‘And when will the money laundering be?’

“The answer likewise was just has ‘honest.’ ‘They are working [on it]. The main problem is the matter of deciding the models between the Central Bank [CB] and the Police. It’s hard to say, to be honest.’

“The CB head said his piece, too, and made it clear ‘on his part’ that they will complete the work in a month,” Irates De Facto writes.
