YEREVAN. – Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan will travel to Moscow in the coming days, Hraparak daily reports.

“The visit is interesting in the sense that whether the [ex-president’s] long-awaited meeting with [Russian President] Vladimir Putin will take place.

“In response to our query, Kocharyan’s office manager Victor Soghomonyan said that in Moscow Kocharyan will participate in the regular session of the shareholders’ assembly of Sistema [Company].

“According to some information, those who are ‘offended’ by the rule of [incumbent Armenia President] Serzh Sargsyan are actively engaging with the second president.

‘“What plans does Mr. Kocharyan have in the near future?’ we asked Soghomonyan, who did not deny the possibility of the latter’s becoming active in a foreseeable future, and again replied that the public definitely will be notified in case of any action,” Hraparak writes.
