YEREVAN. – Fifteen of the Armenian government’s already appointed seventeen members have had ministerial, or equivalent positions in the past, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reported.

“It is solely Health Minister Armen Muradyan who is assuming a high position for the first time.

“This fact can be looked at from two views, and first consider that the government members are experienced.

“But when we carefully examine these people’s track-record, it becomes clear that, first of all, they are experienced in making money,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
