YEREVAN. – They say the financial difficulties already are “knocking on the “door” of the new Armenian government, and PM Hovik Abrahamyan virtually does not know what to do, Irates De Facto newspaper reported.

“The thing is that, before becoming PM, some Russian and Russia-based Armenian businessmen had promised [Abrahamyan] to make major investments in Armenia. The Russian government, however, gave an internal instruction to everyone to focus solely on Crimea, [and] the remaining ‘regions’ must be put on the backburner.

“Incidentally, according to our information, it [Armenia] is unable to also ‘snatch’ the 500 million dollar loan which Russia had promised before that,” Irates De Facto wrote.
