“Yesterday [Monday], virtually all [of them] were forced to remain ‘hostage’ in the parliament building until the end of the day and walk around the [NA] corridors complaining, since it was planned to hold after the second recess the election—through secret ballot—of Arthur Javadyan, who is reintroduced to the position of Central Bank Chairman.
“And since the option of a united boycott was in circulation among the non-ruling [NA] circles, RPA had instructed [its faction members] not to leave the [parliament] building.
“The vote will take place today [Tuesday],” Hraparak wrote.
