YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily attempted to find out from the office of Armenia’s second President and former PM Robert Kocharyan whether he wants to join the PMs’ club to be formed by incumbent Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the daily reported.

“[Victor] Soghomonyan [, the manager of Kocharyan’s office,] said this matter has not yet been discussed with him, since Robert Kocharyan is not in Armenia.

“Our interlocutor noted that Armenia’s second president is abroad on a private visit. But the person in charge of the office did not wish to indicate where exactly is Kocharyan,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
