“Zhoghovurd has learned that the main objective of the Serzh Sargsyan-initiated meeting is to dissipate the panicky, depressed moods existing within the RPA, and to assure that he [Sargsyan] oversees all the processes taking place in the country, and [therefore] the RPA members do not need to look for new backers.
