YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily has learned that former Deputy Minister of Economy, President Serzh Sargsyan’s advisor Karine Minasyan will be one of Armenia’s three members in the Eurasian Economic Union (EaEU) Board, the daily reported.
“She is considered a recruit of former Prime Minister [, serving Armenian Ambassador to US,] Tigran Sargsyan, and she resigned from her post as deputy minister one month after when Hovik Abrahamyan was appointed PM.
“Incidentally, pursuant to Armenia’s EaEU accession agreement, Armenia’s representatives will become a full member of the EaEU Board as of February 1, 2016,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
