YEREVAN. – Non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman and oligarch Gagik Tsarukyan also had political meetings while on vacation in Dubai recently, Zhoghovurd daily reported.

“Zhoghovurd has learned that, in Dubai, he met with a representative of the close circles of RF [i.e., Russian Federation] President Vladimir Putin.  

“According to our source, this was the second such meeting which succeeded the meeting that was held earlier in [the Belarusian capital city of] Minsk. In fact, in this second meeting Gagik Tsarukyan got himself the answers to his questions.    

“Tsarukyan’s spokesperson Iveta Tonoyan [, however,] told Zhoghovurd that she had no information about such a meeting, but she also did not deny the information,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
