YEREVAN. – There can be no technology for technology. Technology should be applicable; it should help people, companies, and business to find real-life solutions.
The Chief Development Officer at Cisco Systems, Inc, Mario Mazzola, who is also the recipient of the Armenian President’s 2014 prize for global contribution to the information technology (IT) sector, told the aforesaid to 168 Zham daily, the latter reported.

‘“Time is a crucial factor especially in the high-tech industry. The most important thing in the decision-making process is the following: When to invest, and whether or not to invest.
‘“If you run ahead of time, the market will not be ready, your offer will not be perceived by the consumer as something that he needs. [And] if you’re late, all that will have no meaning anymore. You must choose the right time,’” 168 Zham wrote.
