YEREVAN. – Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan on Thursday received the Lithuanian FM Audronius Ažubalis. 

President Sargsyan underscored the need to deepen Armenian-Lithuanian cooperation, specifically in terms of Lithuania’s track-record in the European integration process, the President’s Press Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. The Head of State also noted that Lithuania’s support within the EU Eastern Partnership Project is important for Armenia.  

In his turn, Lithuania’s FM Audronius Ažubalis expressed his sincere joy over Armenia’s success in connection with the Armenia-EU Association Agreement talks, and stressed that Armenia is taking strong steps toward integration with EU.
