YEREVAN. – The chancellor of Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Bryusov Suren Zloyan commented on Armenian Minister of Education Armen Ashotyan’s disciplinary sanction against him.

“Recently the media was trying to cast a political shadow to the disciplinary sanction of the Minister of Education Armen Ashotyan against me.

I announce that the situation has only a working character and has nothing to do with any political force.

In order to challenge the legitimacy of the decree of the minister, I applied to the PM and the courts, thus I refuse to make any comments.

I offer Armen Ashotyan to come to an agreement that whoever losses the court case must leave his current position,” the statement of Suren Zloyan reads.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, on the order of Armenia’s Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan a disciplinary sanction was realized against the chancellor of YSLU Suren Zloyan for carrying out his duties improperly.
