YEREVAN.- Representative of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) David Harutunyan confirmed information about the Monday meeting between head of Central Electoral Committee Tigran Mukuchyan and the representatives of political forces.  

The political forces held consultations and asked Mukucyan to participate, Harutunyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. The RPA member refused to comment on the agenda.

According to our information, the participants discussed the voters’ lists and issues referring to election  campaign.

The election campaign will be held till May 5 - the day prior to elections when campaigning is banned. The parliamentary elections will be held from 8 am to 8 pm on May 6, 2012.
