YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan tries quite unsuccessfully to prove that its weaponry purchased from Israel is against Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, expert Sergey Minasyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“With all my respect to the Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces, I believe that they do not have a fleet against which Azerbaijan can use anti-ship missiles. Besides, the radius of Azerbaijani unmanned aircrafts goes far beyond the Karabakh or Armenian borders. It is more likely to monitor the southern parts of Iran,” Minasyan said.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, StrategyPage had published data on what especially Azerbaijan has purchased from Israel. To note, the purchase amounting $1.6 billion stirred the world and brought forward Iran’s indignation.
