YEREVAN. – Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party National assembly (NA) Faction leader Stepan Safaryan announced Wednesday that they are leaving the NA Speaker conjunct monitoring committee, which will observe the forthcoming parliamentary elections, Zhoghovurd daily writes.
Safaryan submitted a formal letter to NA Speaker Samvel Nikoyan, and informed that he does not consider this committee’s activities to be credible, and therefore he is quitting it, Zhoghovurd writes.
