YEREVAN. – The online voting for Armenia’s National Assembly elections commenced Friday at 8am, capital Yerevan time.
The staff members of Armenia’s embassies and consulates abroad, and these staff members’ accompanying families will be eligible to vote online. The online voting will continue until May 1, 8pm.
Armenian online voting is taking place for the first time. In the future, it is envisioned that online voting will be offered also to the remaining Armenian citizens who live abroad.
