The adversary will receive a deserving response for the border incidents, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan stated Friday during his meeting with Dilijan city voters—within the framework of campaigning for the upcoming parliamentary elections.  

Speaking about the firing of shots at Dovegh village’s kindergarten on Thursday and the death of three soldiers on Friday, Sargsyan noted that Armenia’s response will be immediate.   

“Let no one think they can take advantage of the current political processes in our country and think we are busy with elections. We have a strong army, and we will take appropriate steps. I believe none of you doubts that the adversary will receive a deserving response,” the President said.         

To note, the Dovegh village’s kindergarten was fired at on Thursday, and a VAZ 2107 was fired at on Friday at the road section between the Aygepar and Movses villages, and, as a result, the three soldiers in the car had lost their lives.
